“Yes and no”, the Tracer can be described as an Aeroscope Lite Plus. The Tracer is smaller, lighter and has less detection range (hence Lite), but has an extensive drone database for Parrot, FIMI, Autel and DJI (hence Plus).
The tracer is specified with a detection range of 3km, but we have already seen detections well over 8km in the C2 app several times - which drones & drone pilot locations were able to receive.
At the European Championship 2024, the tracer was allowed to prove itself and worked very reliably and was able to protect against unauthorized drone flights.
